Dr. Lisa Listiana
Islamic Finance & Waqf Expert | Academic Leader & Researcher | Entrepreneur & Green Waqf Advocate
Dr. Lisa Listiana is the founder of Waqf Center for Indonesian Development and Studies (WaCIDS) and Falah Financial. She is currently a lecturer at Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Indonesia, and a coordinator of Green Waqf Project. She pursued PhD program at IIUM Institute of Islamic Banking and Finance (IIiBF) with full scholarship from Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP). She has strong passion and research interest on waqf, and presented papers related to waqf and Islamic finance in national and international conferences.
She was the Best Talent of LPDP 2017 and a postdoctoral researcher at National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN). Some of her papers related to waqf and Islamic finance are awarded as Best Paper in 4th Annual Islamic Finance Conference (AIFC), Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH) Call for Paper 2018, Shariah Economic and Finance Forum (FREKS) Call for Paper 2018. She holds master’s degree in accounting from Universitas Indonesia with full scholarship from the same sponsor. Previously, she worked as accountant for four years in ExxonMobil and auditor in Ernst and Young.
